Southern Grace has a specialized team designated for ground up construction. Our project managers understand the importance of schedules and teamwork. We have a good working relationship with several local Architects. The contractor Architect relationship is crucial to make sure your project is practical, buildable and has the aesthetic details to set your building apart. We also do prelease/prepurchase budgets to help our clients know what to expect before they sign the contract.
